Skivvies n Studz was created by two men named DJ and JC. Read their bios below.

DJ was born in St. Louis, MO and moved to Houston, TX as a teenager where he embarked on a long and rewarding career in the hospitality industry. Along the way, DJ has been involved in a variety of industries ranging from fast food to healthcare to custom leather goods, winning numerous awards and commendations for his dedication and professionalism. He hopes to see Skivvies n Studz become “a premiere site for those wanting something a little more racy, or a little more exotic/erotic.” When DJ was 19, Boots Adams gave him his first red jockstrap as a birthday present under the condition that he change into it right there and wear it at Houston’s most popular leather bar, Ripcord. DJ agreed. The rest, apparently, is history.

JC is a native of Austin, TX with a diverse set of interests and accomplishments. From a young aged he demonstrated both his musical talents and athletic skills, preparing him to serve as Drum Major and Varsity Soccer Team Captain in High School. And he still managed to graduate with honors and complete his Master Executive Chef certification at the same time! He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management at the University of Texas [Austin] and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree. A self-proclaimed over-achiever, his personal vision is for Skivvies n Studz to become “the next big retail leader in men’s and women’s sexy underwear and fetish gear.” When asked how many pairs of underwear he owns, he proudly replied “Too damned many to count and I want it to stay that way!” Looks like he’s in the right business.
